This new construction, beautiful townhouse features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10 across two king beds, one queen bed, and twin XL-over-queen bunk bed with a twin XL trundle. It features hardwood flooring, a private patio with a hot tub, and gorgeous views of surrounding mountains.

Inside, the living room boasts modern furnishings, a gas fireplace, and hardwood floors, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The rooms are filled with natural light thanks to the large windows, and there is a Smart TV for your entertainment mounted above the gas fireplace. The kitchen is also stunning, with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with plenty of counter space. The open-concept design allows for easy entertaining, with a breakfast bar that seats four and a dining table that seats eight. There is additional seating for two more at the sofa table. The private patio off the living area is perfect for enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather and is equipped with outdoor seating.

There are three bedrooms on the third floor and one on the entry level of this home. The primary bedroom is located on the third floor and has a king bed, lots of windows with natural light, modern furniture, a Smart TV and a walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, double sinks, and quartz countertops. The second bedroom features a king bed with a closet, lots of natural light and mountain views. The third bedroom features a twin XL -over-queen bunk bed with a twin XL trundle and is located right across from the primary bedroom. Furthermore, there is a guest bathroom on the third floor that features a shower/tub combination with a single sink vanity.

On the entry level, you'll find the private laundry, and final guest bedroom with a queen sized bed and private access to the hot tub and private patio. There is a full bathroom featuring a walk in shower on the entry level as well. For your convenience, an initial supply of toiletries and laundry detergent are provided. There is also a private two car garage for guest use.

Winter Getaway

The property was very well maintained and beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone and spacious enough for no one to feel tight. The property is in a great location and the garage parking was a plus. Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect place to stay with a group

The house was impeccably clean, comfortable and set up for a group. We loved the hot tub and everyone had ample space. Kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans. Loved the close proximity to Frisco/Dillon/Breck. Would stay again!

Great stay in Silverthorne

We had a total of nine people (6 adults and 3 kids). The townhouse was perfect for handling that many people. It was ready for us on time and in good shape. Absolutely loved the dining room table. It is big enough that we could all sit around it. The kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Also loved the balcony. Very pleasant out there in late July/early August. Hot tub was in great shape and worked perfect. The TV has a 65" screen which makes it easy for everyone to watch. Only had one minor problem (screen was torn on balcony door when we checked in) but maintenance came and fixed it.
Our only disappointment was that the gas grill on the balcony was removed between the time we made the reservation and when we checked in. Something about them no longer being allowed, but we saw other units with a gas grill. Very confusing.
Although the townhouse is only a block from Hwy 9 we never heard any traffic noise. We had a total of 3 vehicles so it was nice that two could go in the garage and one sit in the driveway. It did feel crowded though. The garage door is only 16' wide (instead of 18') and with two cars in the garage it leaves very little space for opening car doors. Not a deal breaker but something renters should be aware of.
Overall, I would recommend the townhouse for families to enjoy and feel at home.

Thank you for your feedback. We are so glad you enjoyed the home! HOA's have been banning grills throughout Summit County for the past two years due to increased insurance regulations, so unfortunately this was required of us! It sounds like maybe the neighbors did not get the memo and will most likely be getting a fine.

Perfect place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home! It had beautiful views and was close to the blue river and town for shopping. The home has everything you need to cook a nice meal and enjoy a comfortable stay. I was at first taken aback by no air conditioning but they have fans for all the rooms and when you open the windows the temperature is very comfortable. We loved sitting in the hot tub after a tough day of hiking. This area is close to white water rafting, shopping, and beautiful trail heads. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Townhome

The townhome was excellently appointed, clean, and had all necessary amenities. Plenty of room for two families but be prepared for lots of stairs! Takes about 23 minutes to get to Breckenridge.

Nice place for a group

Overall this was a great place for 5 adults to stay. The hot tub was nice, beds and blankets were comfortable. The kitchen had the needed amenities. The only thing that was an issue was the wifi is very slow, and there’s not an antenna to watch over the air TV when the nfl playoffs were on.

Colorado Sunshine :) Beautiful Week

We had a wonderful time at 23 Fish Hawk. It is a great location and was stocked with everything we needed for a great week. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The fans in the closet were definitely needed so I am glad they were provided.

Family wedding retreat!

Our niece’s wedding was at Our Lady of Peace, only a 3 minute drive away; with reception at the venue across the street from the Indigo Hotel, about 8 minutes away, so location was perfect. The condo is brand new, perfectly clean and very well stocked with cooking and dinnerwear for large family dinners, plus a new Weber gas grill on the deck. Bedrooms are not huge, but ample enough, we appreciated having the extra square footage on the main level where we played games on the huge dining table while others enjoyed the living area with very comfortable furniture, cool fireplace and awesome, huge very hi def tv with extra sound bar and bass unit.
We used the hot tub and the nice large capacity washer and dryer. All the appliances are not stupid expensive Wolf/Viking type stuff, but are very high end GE. There is only one fridge, and it is not huge, so if you are big beer drinkers bring a cooler to ice that down and you’ll be fine.
Overall, excellent accommodations with more room for less money than had we stayed in four hotel rooms at the Indigo.

Spacious and Well Appointed

This home is beautiful and roomy. I loved all the windows and the blinds that open both top and bottom are great. The closets are very large and not cluttered with the owner's belongings. Same with the kitchen. Nice, big pantry and all the dishes and cooking utensils needed but there's only salt and pepper provided. Cooking spray would be a welcome addition as well as some liquid hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms. The heated garage is a convenient place to store skis, etc. It's a quick trip into town and close to several ski areas. The neighborhood is quiet, the home is beautifully decorated and very clean. I'd say it was spotless but the trash in the pull-out cabinet had not been emptied. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

February Family Ski Trip

Everything was wonderful here! Had a great time. House was beautiful, only small complaints were water pressure in showers and house is stocked with basics/anppliances only- had to buy salt and pepper!

Beautiful townhome with lots of open space and two-car garage

We really enjoyed staying at this location. We had two families with a total of 5 kids - and it was great to have enough living/dining space for everyone to be together. The two car garage made the early/cold mornings and packing/unpacking much nicer. Highly recommend!

The best vacation!

We loved our stay at 23 Fish Hawk! It is a brand new location with excellent attention to detail re: bedding, towels, blankets, humidifiers, fans, etc. Our family (teenagers and college students) loved the hot tub, the large kitchen/living room, and the proximity to the ski resorts. It was an incredible stay!

Answer:

This property does not have a/c, it is very rare to find a property with a/c in Summit County due to the cool nights and limited humidity.

Do yoU reccomend getting condiments ? Will there be soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher detergent etc ? Do you have any boot warmers or anything for skiers ?

Answer:

We reccommend getting condiments, we only supply salt and pepper. We will also supply the initial hotel size of soap, shampoo, conditioner, a full size dishwashing liquid and this property does not have boot warmers.
