The open-concept living area is designed for gathering and relaxing after a day on the mountain, featuring comfortable seating centered around a striking gas fireplace with LED accent lighting and a Smart TV. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light while showcasing spectacular views of the Snake River and surrounding ski slopes. Two spacious outdoor decks provide plenty of room to enjoy the alpine scenery, while the private saltwater hot tub on the ground-level terrace offers the perfect place to unwind. Additional conveniences include high-speed WiFi, individual thermostats throughout the home, a heated garage with a ping pong table, and a 12-station gear dryer.

Kitchen and Dining
The fully equipped chef's kitchen features quartzite countertops, stainless steel smart appliances, double ovens, a large induction cooktop, and ample cookware and tableware for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to holiday feasts. The dining table comfortably seats eight guests, with four additional seats available at the oversized kitchen island, making it easy for everyone to gather together.

House was exactly as described. Clean and well maintained. We were there for a weekend wedding and would have loved to stay longer as the house was great and convenient to everything we needed. Very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely stay there if in Keystone again!

We frequently visit Breckenridge and Keystone with our three children. This was one of the best places that we’ve stayed.
They just did everything really nicely - instead of filling their house with a bunch of really crappy furniture and bad silverware that bends when you eat and cheap gross towels and bedding. Even their throw pillows were filled with feathers instead of polyfill. I feel like even really high-end places sometimes really miss the Mark on the quality, but this place did not!
It was just these little touches everywhere that made the place well worth the money! And the location is unbeatable!

Stayed a whole week and had a great summer vacation with our family. We have 6 kids, and one is married, so we need a lot of space. This property fit the bill. Can't beat the location. It's right at the base of River Run. You can see the playground from the back of the unit.
As far as the space goes, the kitchen and living room are excellent. Light and bright with plenty of seating. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable.The garage is pretty big. Plenty of space to park our Honda Pilot inside.
We enjoyed the deck and the private hot tub on the ground level. We also enjoyed the pool access across the street.
Didn't ever need to change the thermostat. We just opened the windows at night and listened to the river.
Minor complaints: The toilet in the master bath is not separated; it's between the shower and sinks, so no privacy. And there are a lot of stairs (3 levels). Other than that, this is a great property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our large group. The house was clean and well-appointed. We easily cooked a meal and had everything we could possibly need. I highly recommend a stay and when we are back in the area we plan to do the same!

10/10 property. This place was AMAZING! Easy check in/out, every single amenity you could think of and you are right by the valley, and super close to the gondola. We walked to everything we needed there. We could not be more impressed with this property, and my family had the best time! Highly recommend staying here.

Family time

The home is beautiful and comfortable. VRBO lists this property with air conditioning, and Summit Mt confirmed verbally. It did not have air and it faces East and West. The sun came up on the shady side and set on the West side (kitchen!! we cook most meals...ugh)...no window treatments. We visit the mountains every June, and many of our rentals have not had air as it cools down at night. It was midnight before it cooled under 85 degrees upstairs. We couldn't sleep. Everything was perfect except for this issue. Get a mini-split.
