Nestled just steps away from the ski lifts in the vibrant and sought-after River Run Village, this brand-new, 2025 construction townhome offers an unparalleled mountain living experience. Perfectly positioned on the former Goldbug lot, this exquisite residence combines modern design with the timeless charm of Keystone, Colorado, placing you in the heart of one of the region's most iconic and convenient locations.

Main Level:

The open floor plan features a spacious living room with an expansive gas fireplace with LED lighting enhancements, 65 inch LED smart TV, and ample seating for 10-12 guests. Guests will enjoy the modern, smart kitchen with its abundant quartzite counter and prep space, double ovens, smart appliances, and large induction cook top. The owners have stocked the kitchen with the tools and appliances for even the largest holiday meal preparation. The dining area has a table for 8 with an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island. Unlike most homes in the mountains, this home features air conditioning. But of course, you can step onto the covered terrace to enjoy the crisp mountain air—an ideal spot to relax and take in the stunning surroundings. Five guests can comfortably sit and enjoy the terrace.

Upper Level:

The upper level features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the unique features of the property is that every bedroom has a thermostat to control the heat in each individual room, so guests can obtain that perfect temperature. The primary master suite has its own air conditioner unit for the warmer months. Escape to the master bedroom to watch your favorite movie on the 55 inch LED smart TV by the warmth of the gas fireplace. Enjoy a restful night's sleep in the brand-new king sized bed, and wake up in the morning to the serene view of trees from the bed. The private en-suite bathroom has double sinks and a large, walk-in shower.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms on the upper level feature a queen bed with an extra long twin on top. These bedrooms share a bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combination. You will also find a full-sized washer and dryer on this level, so you can pack less and go home with clean clothes.

Ground Level:

The ground level of the townhome features a 2 car, heated garage, as well as a junior master suite with private bathroom. The bedroom features a king sized bed, 55 inch LED smart TV, and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. There is an additional covered patio and powder bath as well.

Cozy Family Retreat

Beautiful, modern new construction home steps away from Keystone village. Perfect for a long weekend for a cozy family retreat. Had plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for a group of 10 with clean and comfy linens. We were able to cook meals for the large group easily with the provided kitchen supplies. Close to summer activities such as hiking biking and water sports. Had a couple small playgrounds that were walkable which was convenient with our two young kids. Pass was provided by rental company for a nearby heated hotel pool. We were able to contact the rental company for additional supplies needed.

We had another fabulous time at the ‘Alcove’. Hoping to return multiple times starting in January. We left a white charger plug and misplaced a diamond ring, could you acknowledge you’ll look for them?

The perfect Place

Our stay here was amazing! The home is beautiful, with a well-equipped kitchen, an inviting living/dining area, and spacious bedrooms and baths. And the location cannot be beat! We walked to the Gondola lift in 3 minutes! Keystone is great for all level skiers, but if you want to ski more than one mountain, it’s an easy (25 min) drive to Breckenridge. In addition, the host company was incredibly responsive and helpful. We usually go to different mountains every year, but are seriously considering returning to Keystone next year because we had such a great experience – due largely to the “Alcove” set-up.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. Fully equipped for all your needs with tons of room for your families or friends! Cozy, inviting and immaculate! Best part is the location!
