Description

This newly constructed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king sized bed, queen bed, twin top bunk and a twin size sleeper sofa in the living area. It features hardwood radiant heat flooring, a private balcony with gorgeous views and sounds of the Blue River, private in-unit washer and dryer, and modern finishes throughout. The River West Condos offers a shared hot tub, fire pit's + benches, and walking path's along the Blue River. Guests can also quickly access to all of the shops, restaurants and conveniences of Silverthorne while still being close to everything else Summit County has to offer including Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, A Basin, and golf courses like Keystone River, Keystone Ranch, Breckenridge, Raven Golf Club and more.

The entryway has hooks and a storage closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The spacious living area features a unique gas fireplace, mounted Smart TV, ceiling fan, and huge windows allowing for great light and beautiful aspen and river views. The cozy furniture offers plenty of seating and the sofa pulls out into a twin-sized bed. Additional sheets and blankets are in the closet.

The luxury full-sized kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen island. The kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The expandable dining table comfortably seats six or guests can cozy up to the breakfast bar. The private balcony is just off the kitchen and dining area and offers beautiful views and sounds of the Blue River as well as outdoor seating.

The spacious primary suite is just off the living area and features a king-sized bed, mounted smart TV, a walk-in closet and modern furnishings. The en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity with quartz countertops and a walk-in shower with a bench. The guest bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and a twin bunk above. The guest bathroom features a quartz countertop vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The private washer and dryer are just outside the bedrooms.

We loved the location and view right next to the Blue River. The only problem we had is getting the TV to work properly. We finally got it done. Also there was no frying pan, which I really needed, since l like to cook. We would come back. We also enjoyed the hot tub every day, always by ourselves.

Ski Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and LOVE the creek out the back door. Everything was clean, the kitchen was very usable (had all the utensils and cookware we needed), and our hosts communicated very well. It got warm in the unit, but with opening windows and fans, we were able to cool things off to a fairly comfortable temperature. Would recommend!

Amazing

Clean, orderly, everything we needed was there. The sound of the river is so peaceful we loved the fireplace. The kitchen was accommodating. We all slept great. The pull out sofa in the living room was actually very comfortable. Property management was very good at communication. We will likely come back, such an amazing experience for our family.

Elopement Getaway

Quiet Waters

Great location and great property.

The property was very inviting and clean. It is at a great location. Very close to shopping and walking trails. A short drive to nearby cities. The only thing I wish was different was there were no blinds in the living room/kitchen area. Other than that the property is wonderful and will definitely stay here again.

Ski trip with the boys

Me and some buddies met up from all around and had a great time , close to good restaurants and right in the middle of the two ski resorts we visited . The creek behind the unit was a great addition to a relaxing time on the porch . The place was spotless and just like the pictures . Wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again .

Great place!

Modern, clean, and cozy place. Had all of the amenities that we were looking for. The outdoor hot tub was nice even though it was 10°. The kitchen is stocked with all you need for cooking in. Comfortable beds and heated floors. Management company was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again. The only caveat with the property and the complex is only one parking space is available for the unit and there is no guest parking. We had to overnight park our extra vehicles in Dillon as Silverthorne does not offer any public overnight parking.

10/10 - Perfect Stay!!

My family cannot recommend this property more if you're skiing in the Keystone/Breck/Copper area. So conveniently located and looks exactly like the pictures. Four of us stayed in this condo very comfortably and had all of the amenities needed for a weekend stay. We will definitely be booking this place again for our trip next year. Stay here! You will not be disappointed.
