The main level features a welcoming living area with a cozy gas fireplace, a mounted flat-screen TV, and a queen sleeper sofa—ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Step out onto the private balcony to take in the surrounding mountain scenery from your own outdoor seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar, perfect for casual meals or morning coffee. For more formal dining, the adjacent dining table seats up to 6 guests comfortably. Just down the hall is a convenient guest bathroom and the primary bedroom.

The primary suite on the main level includes a luxurious king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious en suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a private water closet for added comfort and privacy.

Upstairs, you’ll find the remaining two bedrooms. The first offers a queen bed and a TV, while the second includes two twin beds and a TV—perfect for kids or additional guests. Both bedrooms have en suite access to a shared full bathroom, making this home ideal for families or groups traveling together.

Additional conveniences include a private garage for parking and gear storage, as well as access to a nearby clubhouse featuring a year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tub—the perfect spot to unwind under the stars after a day of mountain adventures.
