This fully updated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo (renovated in 2025) sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy modern finishes throughout, along with a private balcony overlooking the courtyard. Ideally situated in River Run Village, you're just steps from shops, restaurants, and year-round local festivities—and only a short walk to the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill also offers fantastic shared amenities, including a sauna and three hot tubs.
The entryway features mounted hooks and a bench, providing convenient storage as you come and go. In the living area, relax in front of the flat-screen TV and beautiful gas fireplace, or pull out the queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Extra sheets and blankets are provided in the closet. Step onto the private balcony to take in serene courtyard views and a peek at the shared hot tubs below.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and tableware you’ll need for meals at home. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats four. The bathroom offers a clean, modern space with a pedestal sink, shower/tub combination, plush towels, and a starter supply of toiletries. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and a wall-mounted flat screen TV, offering a cozy and updated retreat.

Unit was better than expected. Very clean and well appointed. Plenty of available parking in the underground ramp. Multiple elevators, which was great since I experianced issues in other buildings where they only had one and it was broken. I wouod definetly stay here again.- Reviewed On: 2/20/2026

Great Getaway - Just Needs a Little TLC
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We repeated a trip to this location similar to last year and found the condo to be clean and very presentable. However, we struggled with the kitchen faucet where first night it couldn't turn off and had to call maintenance to temporarily fix it. A new faucet is needed as the control handle had difficulty with temperature control and water flow. The coach cushions are very worn where the leather is now tearing - a replacement set would be a great investment into this property. Snow was excellent on the slopes and had no trouble getting out to enjoy skiing at Keystone all week.- Reviewed On: 3/8/2025

Check-in was pretty easy. The unit was better equipped than many, and the bed was nice. We've stayed in other River Run units that badly needed furniture updates - not a problem here. This is specific to the building, not this unit, but the ski lockers are undersized. Our locker would barely hold three sets of skis and poles, and nothing else. I don't know how a group larger than three could accommodate gear. Also specific to this building, the elevators move at a snail's pace, and the stairway exits are a little bit confusing.- Reviewed On: 1/15/2025

Reviewer Comments: Nice apartment with all you need to live for a week, the only thing - I would change all pans to those one with non-stick teflon, as metal ones the apartment has - they are more healthy to cook, I get it, but the food is always gonna stick to the bottom, and it’s annoying. Nice place. Clean, well maintained, fully stocked. 2nd floor, windows looking over the hot tabs. Next to the staircase, so it’s very quick to get it out with the skis. The only issue is that the chandelier in the living room is too low. Watch your head :)- Reviewed On: 1/25/2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The Hot tub and Pool were very nice. A Perfect Summer Retreat
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a marvelous home base for a week-long summer retreat! The condo itself was great and simple. It had all the cooking wears you might need. The furniture was the right size for the place, including the King bed that took up most of the bedroom, but that's the point of a big King bed! Balcony was pleasant and in the shade by noon. Easy location on the second floor was nice to be able to take the stairs and the unit stayed cooler than if it were on a higher floor. The in-unit box fan and window fan were key to keeping the place cool in July, but when you do the fan-and-window system right, the condo stayed cool throughout the day. Location in Keystone Village was great. Tucked away from the main square, but close enough that shops and restaurants were steps away. Keystone Wine & Jazz was going on during my stay; you could barely hear the crowds from inside the condo.Hot tubs at Silver Mill weren't quite hot enough. The sauna at Silver Mill was out-of-order over the course of the stay. The accessible hot tubs and sauna at Dakota were great, same for the pool at Dakota. Access to alpine hikes cannot be beat in Keystone and the July weather was sunny and warm, with cool and clear nights. SCMR was communicative throughout the stay via text. The prefect amount of "we trust you're doing good. Let us know if you need anything", without being the annoying kind of "is everything OK?".- Reviewed On: 7/21/2023

Convenient locations
We loved staying here because of how close everything was at River Run. The underground heated parking was also nice. This was our first trip to Keystone and because of the location of this property we felt close to all the action!- Reviewed On: 3/24/2023

What We Expect at Silver Mill

This place was perfect for me and my son for a quick ski trip. I was convenient to get to the slopes and to the shops and restaurants. If you're taking a shuttle from the airport, just be sure to let them know you'll have to stop to get your check in packet before going to the condo since it's not onsite.- Reviewed On: 1/25/2023
