Overall place was in good condition. Comfortable beds and close to the ski lift. We were informed the dishwasher wouldn’t be working when we arrived, but to out surprise they installed a brand new one upon arrival. I would book this place again if I was going to Keystone to ski.

We had a lovely stay in Timbers 3075. The condo was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub after long days of skiing. The lifts and gondola were ski in / ski out, as advertised. Thanks for hosting us! We look forward to returning again soon.

Great place to stay, was told pool and hot tub was closed due to work done on them. We talked with several people they all said they close pool area down in September. If we would have known that we would have chosen a different location. Pool area was beautiful but didn’t get to enjoy it.

The condo is beautiful, with its big bank of windows and gorgeous views of the river, the pine forest and the mountains. It's only a short walk to River Run for dining and shopping, and is the best equipped condo we've ever stayed in. We didn't lack for a thing. Thank you for a fabulous vacation!

I wish I could lie about this place for gatekeeping purposes, but my conscience won't let me. It is stunning! Truly breathtakingly beautiful. Everything about the unit is perfect...the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils, the bathrooms are ample and luxurious, the space is clean and quiet, and the balcony is probably my favorite part. I love that the unit comes with a heated, underground parking garage, and that it is very private. The pool is indoor/outdoor and even on the hottest day it was a bit too cold for us, but it looked very pretty and the clubhouse area was also gorgeous. We loved the walking trail nearby, and the close proximity to everything without being right in the center.
My only complaint is that I booked without knowing about a popular music festival on the day we left, I would have loved to extended our stay for several days.

Our favorite things about The Timber 3075 —Spotlessly clean condo and facility —so so quiet —Pool, hot tub and saunas beautifully maintained —kitchen had very high quality stainless steel pots and pans. We appreciate that. Also very nice appliances. —Comfortable beds —Beautiful views, and a lovely river runs below master bedroom. The fall colors were gorgeous. —short walking trail through woods/along river in front of building. Our children loved it. —the only thing to note is if you enjoy direct sunlight streaming into your home, the condo is north facing and so it’s a bit dark—would also be nice if kitchen was better stocked with foil/saran wrap/baggies etc…very minor things!

Very spacious and conveniently located. The view from the primary suite was gorgeous to wake up to each morning. A few fixtures needed tightening (I.e. faucet, widow screens, etc.) but overall we would absolutely stay again.

everything about this place was great besides the check in process. It is clean, the washer dryer in unit are perfect. Lots of space, lots of bathrooms, great light, ski in ski out was perfect, hot tub/ pool area really cool. Checking in (this has happened in keystone before) we arrived at 3pm on a Saturday in April. Keystone is a ghost town at this time of year which is part of the reason we go. They said no check in until 4. Two other families with young kids were waiting in the lobby of the management companies building after all of us calling first and being told our places werent clean yet we walked up and at 330 they had a stack of keys and envelopes for places that were clearly ready and we basically had to beg and mention small children waiting in cars to have them give us keys 30 min early.

Highly recommended this condo! The Timbers is an awesome building with great ski access and amenities and is a short walk to the village (have to briefly walk on the bridge part of the ski run). The condo has been beautifully updated and the three full baths were a great plus! The master closet is also big enough for a pack n play!

We probably had a 4 star experience but am still giving 5 stars because some of the things were not the condo owners fault. Very clean and spacious with awesome views. The balcony was wonderful but did have caution tape on some of it and exposed metal so we had to keep our kids off that side. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction each day across the creek so most times sitting outside meant lots of noise pollution. We used the pool and hot tub everyday and loved it. Again - great, but the pool was usually FULL of flies so we’d have to use the skimmer in the pool each time. The way I would describe the amenities of the place the condo is located in is working and they do the job, but very old and rough around the edges. Location is awesome - so close to A Basin and Dillon/Frisco/Silverthorne/Breck. Master bedroom and suite were great. Used the jetted tub a lot. Only complaint is the bed is on the very firm side.

We stayed at Timbers 3075 for a ski trip over spring break and had a wonderful time. The location is just the best: pretty much ski in-ski out and such serene surroundings. Pool and hot tub never over crowded, just great. Easy walk over bridge toward gondola and to River Run shops and restaurants (our boys’ favorite was the crepe stand :-). Loved having a corner unit with forest and mountain views. Thank you!

Very short path/ski trail to the summit express lift/gondola. Ski in Access to the back entrance from a little trail off Ina's Way. Outdoor pool is comfortable temp for swimming even at night. Beautiful building and grounds with awesome views of the village across the river. Everything in this place was top notch. Excellent ski in & ski out 5-star condo located at the Keystone Base Chair & Gondola. Heated hot tub, pool and clean place make it all 5 star. You are 1 building away from the slopes, which is what you want. Why? Snowcats. In the night, snowcats go up & down, and if you are right next to slopes it is annoying. At Timbers you do not have this issue, the best ski in and out you can find in Keystone.
You are on the 4th floor, you have nice views of the treetops. Nice light. The condo itself is a great spacious 2 bedroom that fit our family of 5 perfectly. The extra space to spread out is nice. A lot of ski condos are cramped, not this one. Great design.
The air is super dry in the mountains, the humidifiers were nice to have. We used them and they helped.
The condo is stocked well enough to cook basic meals. Typical ski condo kitchen. No complaints.

This is one of the best locations in Keystone for skiing. It's a very short walk from the condo to the ski run down to the base lift or gondola to start the day. Ski-in ski-out is difficult due to rolling path, however, it is a very short path to the run for gondola or lift. And other than master suite, the condo stays a little too warm. Over all, it’s a pretty great place.

This property was amazing! The location within the building made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. Situated on the corner made summer breezes flow throughout the space.
